New appointed 3SC head coach, Akeem Busari, has challenged his side to play with more confidence and freedom against former African champions, Enyimba, when both teams lock horns on Sunday in an NPFL Week 15 tie in Aba.

The Ibadan-based club, who celebrated the appointment of Busari as the head coach of the side with an impressive 2-0 defeat of Nasarawa United in their previous match played at Lekan ‘Adamisingba’ Salami Stadium, Ibadan, seek to improve on their poor away record.

Busari in an interview said that they would do their best to emerge a positive result from the encounter against The Peoples Elephant.

“Enyimba is a big club with good history, just like us, so it is going to be a tough match,” Busari said.

“I know Aba is a difficult venue to visit, but we have prepared well and the boys are determined to take a positive result out of the big clash.

“I have told them to believe in themselves and remain disciplined, that it is the same thing whether at home or away.

“We have seen our mistakes and we’re working on them.”

3SC are 11th on the NPFL log with 19 points, one place below Enyimba on goal difference who also have 19 points.
